Our client is Australias only established sovereign submarine company, with a team of experts sustaining Australias Collins Class submarine fleet across modern facilities at Osborne, South Australia, and Henderson, Western Australia.

What You Will Be Doing

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Advanced Rigger to join a marine vessel project working in a high-risk, hands-on industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out complex rigging activities including lifting, moving, positioning, and securing heavy components on marine vessels. The successful candidate will be required to read and interpret lifting plans, follow detailed work instructions, and work collaboratively with multiple trades to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role demands strong awareness of WHS procedures, confident use of rigging equipment, and the ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in challenging marine conditions. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform precise, safety-focused work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

What You Will Need

• Advanced Rigger Qualification
• Confined Spaces Ticket
• Willing to obtain Hepatitis A & B Vaccinations
• Willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical
• WA Drivers Licence & Reliable Transport
• National Police Clearance
