The Role

As a Solution Lead, you will provide integrated leadership across complex business and technology programs. This is not a pure Solution Architect, Business Analyst or Project Manager role. Instead, you will bring these disciplines together - aligning strategy, operations, technology delivery and organisational change into a cohesive, practical and value‑driven solution. As a result of continued growth and client demand, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Lead to drive outcomes across large‑scale, multidisciplinary initiatives with a view to delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution outcomes across complex business and technology programs
• Align client strategy, operational requirements and delivery execution
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams and engage senior stakeholders
• Guide decision‑making through ambiguity, competing priorities and constraints
• Ensure solutions are scalable, operationally practical and value‑focuse

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary solution delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and decision‑making leadership capability
• Ability to connect business objectives to practical delivery outcomes
• Experience within asset‑intensive or industrial environments
• Consulting or large enterprise delivery experience
