Exciting Project Engineer Opportunity | Leading T2 Head Contractor

Redpath is partnered with a leading Tier 2 Head Contractor seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a growing national business delivering projects across the Health, Aged Care, Education, and Residential sectors.

With operations across multiple Australian states and a strong pipeline of projects up to $250M, this is an opportunity to join a business known for quality delivery, strong culture, and clear career progression into a Senior Project Engineer position.

The Role

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage procurement and programme requirements, oversee QA and compliance, and work closely with site and design teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

About You

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• 3-5+ years’ experience with a commercial builder/head contractor
• Experience across large-scale commercial projects preferred ($50m+)
• Ideally have worked in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments previously
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and team-oriented
