Site Engineer / Project Engineer

Join a well-established Tier 2 Head Contractor delivering complex large-scale projects across Health, Industrial, Data Centres, and Commercial sectors.

This role sits within a major project team where you’ll be closely involved in technical coordination and on-site delivery across all stages of construction.

Please note that - only candidates with Australian experience on new build projects will be considered.

The Role

You will take a hands-on role in site delivery, working across design coordination, services integration, façade and structural interfaces, and commissioning support through to final handover.

Day to day, you will assist in driving coordination between consultants and subcontractors, run site coordination meetings, support program delivery, and contribute to the development of cadet and junior engineers within the team.

About You

• Experience with Tier 1–2 builders on large-scale commercial projects
• Strong exposure to coordination across services, structures, façade, and design interfaces
• Confident contributing to or running coordination meetings
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior/cadet engineers
• Strong technical capability with a proactive site-based approach
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex project environments
