TWK Steel is a leading Australian steel fabrication business specializing in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions and maintain prestigious accreditations, including Austroads NPS CC3, DIN 2303, and EN 15085. Due to an increase in production works for our current major infrastructure projects, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Boilermaker to join our team at our St Marys workshop.

The Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Boilermaker with extensive experience in structural steel. This is a workshop-based role requiring precision, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a high-standard production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and welding of structural steel components according to technical drawings.
  • Ensuring all work meets industry standards and company quality requirements.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Collaborating with the workshop supervisor to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a Boilermaker.
  • Expertise: Proven experience specifically within the Structural Steel industry.
  • Transport: Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Tools: Must possess your own comprehensive tool kit and safety/PPE kit.
  • References: Ability to provide a minimum of two professional work references from a previous workshop supervisor or manager.
