WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

We’re on the lookout for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Performance Marketing to lead and evolve our agency’s paid media offering. This senior role is pivotal in shaping the direction of our performance channels including paid search and paid social while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for our clients. You’ll be responsible for refining our approach to performance marketing, championing innovation, and ensuring best-in-class execution across all accounts. . With a focus on both strategy and operational excellence, you’ll lead a team of specialists, support new business efforts, and play an integral role in driving measurable results across our portfolio.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• Team leadership skills passionate about Inspiring and guiding a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
• Strong ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with key platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) to stay ahead of industry changes
• Team Leadership, Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Paid Search, Paid Social, Client Direction
• Experience creating scalable processes to ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly, optimised continuously, and reported transparently
• Ability to implement measurement and experimentation frameworks across platforms (GA4, platform pixels, server-side tracking), continuously improving efficiency, scale, and profitability
• Lead and develop a cross-channel performance team, setting best-practice frameworks for account structure, creative testing, audience strategy, and attribution
