With a huge influx of work already signed off heading into the NFY, we are looking to bring in someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and understands modern social content, platform behaviour, and brand storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a hands-on role sitting across strategy, content, influencer marketing, creative direction, and day-to-day social delivery. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing social strategies across organic and paid channels, building content calendars, writing platform-native copy, briefing creators and influencers, and helping shape how brands show up culturally online.

You’ll work across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, helping create content that feels authentic, socially relevant, and commercially effective rather than overly branded or corporate.

Alongside this, you’ll:

• Develop content pillars, tone of voice frameworks and campaign ideas

• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end including outreach, briefing and approvals

• Concept and direct lo-fi, UGC-style content shoots

• Oversee social calendars and content rollout across multiple brands

• Work closely with creative, production and strategy teams

• Analyse campaign and platform performance to refine content direction and engagement

• Support paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok alongside performance teams

• Present creative ideas and social strategy directly to clients

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…

• 5+ years’ experience within Social Media, Content Strategy or Influencer Marketing

• Previous agency or freelance experience working across multiple brands simultaneously

• Strong understanding of fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand marketing

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and modern social-first content behaviour

• Experience building content calendars, campaign strategy and influencer programs

• Strong copywriting and creative direction capability

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategy

• Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite and scheduling platforms

• Someone culturally switched on, creatively strong, organised, and commercially aware
