About the engagement
BLACKTABLE Consulting is delivering specialist resources to Australia's largest integrated resort and casino across three concurrent transformation programmes. You lead the change workstream end to end. You build the strategy, run executive sponsor activation, design and deliver training, and own adoption outcomes. You direct change activities at the Melbourne property first, establish a Golden Standard, and adapt for Perth and Sydney. Full time contract consultant role where you come with your own ABN and PI/PL insurances, 12 to 15 months from April 2026, Melbourne based with travel to Perth and Sydney.

• Change strategy and plan covering three concurrent programmes
• Change impact assessments by department and property
• Stakeholder engagement plans and communications calendars
• Executive sponsor activation and leadership alignment
• Training needs analysis and training delivery coordination
• Change readiness assessments ahead of each go-live
• Adoption monitoring and resistance management
• Golden Standard change toolkit reusable for Perth and Sydney
• Sustainability plan and handover at programme close
What you bring
• Seven plus years of change management leadership experience
• Multi-site enterprise transformation track record
• ERP, procurement, or large SaaS rollout exposure
• Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent change methodology fluency
• Executive engagement and sponsor activation experience
• Confident workshop and training facilitator
• Australian work rights
