About She Gives and Noble Ambition

She Gives is a national movement focused on growing the power, influence and scale of giving in Australia through storytelling, research, collaboration and public engagement. Initially launched in 2024 to celebrate women’s giving across Australia, She Gives has rapidly evolved into one of the country’s leading philanthropy and storytelling platforms, engaging thousands of women through research, events, partnerships, media and community-building initiatives.

As She Gives enters its next phase, the campaign is focused on growing strategic, bold and collaborative giving at scale, while helping shape new cultural norms around philanthropy, leadership and collective impact.

She Gives is an initiative of Noble Ambition, a consultancy specialising in philanthropy, fundraising strategy, leadership and high-impact campaigns.

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to help lead and shape one of Australia’s most visible and ambitious philanthropy campaigns.

The role requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and highly practical level — equally comfortable shaping communications and engagement strategy, while also directly executing the work across social media, content creation, partnerships and campaign delivery. This role may also expand to support broader communications strategy, content and brand activity across the wider work of

Noble Ambition, including consultancy projects, thought leadership, partnerships and organisational profile-building.

This is a hands-on role within a small, dynamic and high-performing team which requires a highly organised, proactive, creative individual aligned with purpose-driven work.
