Map, design, and document operational processes for a new SaaS contract lifecycle management and food, beverage and hospitality product ordering systems across three integrated resort properties.
About the engagement
Blacktable Consulting is delivering specialist resources for Australia's largest integrated resort and casino across several SaaS systems rollout, including a Contract Lifecycle Management implementation, Procurement to Pay product ordering system and a data remediation programme. You own the process workstream. You map the current state, run gap analysis against the Golden Standard workflows, and design the Melbourne Golden Standard. You then adapt the Golden Standard for Perth and Sydney. Full-time contract consultant role and therefore you come with your own ABN, PI/PL insurances, a daily rate will be negotiated with the right applicant. The role is based in Melbourne, with travel to Perth and Sydney during property rollout phases.

• Current state process maps across all departments at Melbourne
• Gap analysis comparing current processes to the new SaaS system standard workflows
• Melbourne Golden Standard target state designs
• Standard operating procedures by department
• Process training materials with department-tailored content
• Property-specific adaptation for Perth and Sydney
• Process metrics and adoption monitoring
What you bring
• Two plus years of business process design experience
• Enterprise system rollout exposure (ERP, procurement, ordering platforms)
• BPMN or equivalent process notation fluency
• Confident facilitator across operational and finance stakeholders
• Experience documenting SOPs and training content
• Hospitality, hotel, casino, or large multi-site organisation background
• Australian work rights
