The role
This is a full-time, hybrid position (with up to 2 days WFH once settled in). You’ll:
- Manage your day together with your paralegal
- Manage your own files end-to-end
- Work alongside directors on more complex matters
- Advise clients, draft documents, and appear in court/mediations
- Build strong client relationships during what are often high-stakes, personal matters
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ PAE in family law
- Solid experience across property, parenting, and financial matters (complex financial experience is a plus)
- Strong drafting, attention to detail, and file management
- A client-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Someone who enjoys both independence and collaboration
- Strong time keeping skills
