The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will join our Perth consulting team, working across high‑impact engagements with leading organisations in Rail, Mining and asset‑intensive environments.
You will partner closely with clients to shape business problems, define future state solutions, and support the delivery of complex transformation programs that drive measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across consulting engagements
- Analyse current‑state processes and define future‑state operating models
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, insights, and solution options
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Contribute as a subject matter expert to enterprise‑level decision making
- Support transformational change initiatives and solution adoption
- Ensure a strong focus on business value, outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Produce high‑quality analysis artefacts and presentations for executive audiences
Requirements
- Experience working in asset‑intensive environments (Rail, Mining, Fixed Plant, or Integrated Operations)
- Consulting or project‑based delivery background
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving capability
- Ability to shape business problems and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Clear focus on business value and measurable results
- Advanced PowerPoint (or similar) presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the business
