Associate

Steinepreis Paganin is seeking an Associate with 3+ years PAE to join our corporate team in our Perth office.

Founded in 1997, Steinepreis Paganin is an independent corporate law firm with offices in Perth and Melbourne, and is consistently recognised as Australia's most active corporate law firm. We advise clients across the full spectrum of corporate law - from small private companies to mid-sized ASX listed entities. Our practice spans equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, energy and resources, corporate and commercial law and financial services.

The role

• Working closely with our Partners and Senior Associates on complex, high-value corporate transactions
• Building technical depth and client facing skills across the full cycle of corporate transactions including ECM, M&A, takeovers, corporate compliance, mining and resources, technology and financial services
• Engaging with ASX listed and private clients locally, interstate and internationally
• Contributing to a collaborative, high achieving team culture

What we're looking for

• 3+ years PAE in corporate and commercial law
• Strong drafting and technical skills with a commercial mindset
• Experience in ECM, M&A or resources law highly regarded
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced transaction heavy environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for delivering quality outcomes for clients
