We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Key duties include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Preparing and following up quotations
  • Processing sales orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Providing product and technical information
  • Supporting external sales representatives
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orders with warehouse, suppliers, and freight providers
  • Monitor order progress and communicate delivery updates
  • Resolve customer enquiries, returns, and issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Assist with stock enquiries and inventory coordination
  • Contribute to sales growth and customer retention

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, or administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

Desirable

  • Experience in industrial, hydraulic, hose/fittings or similar industries
  • ERP or inventory system experience
  • Experience with quoting and order processing
