An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated Territory Manager to take ownership of a large and high-potential territory spanning Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter Region, Tamworth, Armidale and the wider New England region.

This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships, embraces travel, and is motivated to continuously grow and develop both personally and professionally.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse diabetes portfolio across hospital and community healthcare settings. Working closely with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, GPs and key healthcare stakeholders, you will drive product awareness, education and adoption throughout the territory.

This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring regular regional travel, strong territory ownership and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, GPs, Pharmacists and hospital stakeholders
  • Drive territory growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Deliver product education and clinical support across diabetes technologies and digital health solutions
  • Develop strategic referral pathways and expand stakeholder engagement throughout the territory
  • Manage your territory autonomously with a high level of accountability and professionalism
  • Consistently execute against sales objectives, activity KPIs and growth targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Diabetes experience or exposure to hospital-based selling highly regarded
  • A science, nursing or related healthcare degree is essential
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and stay motivated
  • Energetic, positive and resilient attitude
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Someone who is proactive, adaptable and willing to do what it takes to succeed
  • Comfortable managing a large regional territory with frequent travel
  • Valid driver’s licence
