We are hiring Portfolio Managers - (EL2 Level) for our Federal Government client.
Contract Duration – 12 months + 24 months extensions
Work Location -Canberra
Security Clearance - NV1
Essential Criteria
- Program, project and financial analysis, and risk management:
- Demonstrated capability to undertake rigorous program, project and financial analysis, identify and manage risks and interdependencies, and use insights to support informed decision‑making and successful portfolio outcomes.
- Proven ability to ensure all programs and projects within a portfolio are aligned to organisational strategy, contribute to business objectives, and deliver measurable value.
- Highly developed relationship management skills, with the ability to initiate, build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in transparent communication of portfolio performance, risks and issues, and driving alignment across the enterprise to support Defence’s strategic and transformation agenda. Strong negotiating skills.
