The Role

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle from business development and account management to candidate sourcing, screening, and delivery. You will be central to building relationships and driving growth across your vertical.

You will

• Source candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms
• Screen, qualify, and interview candidates for suitable opportunities
• Build and develop client accounts, generating new business opportunities
• Partner with senior and principal recruiters to share knowledge and deliver results
• Attend client meetings and briefings, advising on market trends
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and client success
