HPS is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy services within the corrections and cannabis sector at our Coburg site. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine leadership, operational oversight, and impact in a non‑traditional pharmacy setting.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading day‑to‑day operations, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring safe, high‑quality pharmacy service delivery across correctional and cannabis services. The role oversees 3 pharmacists in charge with their respective areas of dispensary, clinical and cannabis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all site operations across clinical and operational services
  • Manage relationships with clients
  • Provide leadership and direction to the in-charges
  • Drive staff performance, engagement, and development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality frameworks
  • Identify and implement service improvement and growth opportunities

About You

  • AHPRA-registered Pharmacist
  • Proven experience leading teams in complex pharmacy environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
  • Commercial awareness with focus on sustainable service delivery
