Sales Development Representative (Outbound) — Decision-Maker Meetings

Location: On-site at our office.

You’ll be part of an outbound pilot we’re building into a permanent department. We’re looking for a disciplined, process-driven Outbound SDR to book attended, decision-maker meetings for our Head of Sales. This role is focused on structured outbound engagement and follow-up, not closing. The offer is consistent and the process is defined.

This is a growth role within a fast-paced digital marketing environment where consistency, focus, and execution matter more than hype or personality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospects via outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and sequences
  • You’ll be reaching dealership decision-makers (GM / Dealer Principal / Marketing lead)
  • Book qualified, decision-maker discovery meetings for the Head of Sales
  • Follow a strict outreach and follow-up process daily
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes after every interaction
  • Handle gatekeepers professionally and persistently
  • Execute daily activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, follow-ups)
  • Work from target account lists; do light account research when required
  • Provide clear voice-to-text summaries after calls (successful, blocked, or no answer)
  • Maintain consistent pipeline hygiene and reporting

This role is structured by design. You’ll run a repeatable daily outreach process and be measured on consistency, meeting quality, and CRM accuracy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and sending outreach
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to follow scripts, frameworks, and internal processes
  • Strong written English and clear speaking ability

Performance Expectations

  • Meetings booked with qualified dealership decision-makers (GM / Dealer Principal / Marketing lead)
  • Daily activity consistency (not just bursts of effort)
  • CRM accuracy and quality of notes
  • Follow-up discipline and process adherence

What Success Looks Like in This Role (Weekly scorecard)

  • Meetings booked with decision-makers (quality first)
  • Show rate (attended meetings)
  • Rejection reasons tracked (wrong contact / not ICP / not ready)
  • CRM hygiene: every activity logged with outcome + next step
