The Role

Based at the Werribee clinic, you will lead as a Senior Speech Pathologist and Clinical Supervisor, guiding and supporting a small team of therapists to deliver outstanding paediatric services primarily in-clinic. With a manageable caseload of 2–3 clients per day and minimal community visits, your role balances leadership responsibilities with clinical work.

You will inspire your team by fostering a collaborative and motivated environment, providing clinical supervision, and driving the continuous improvement of service delivery. Partnering closely with leadership, you will help shape operational processes and contribute to innovative practice development projects that expand services and enhance client outcomes. This role offers a valuable pathway for those ready to grow into advanced clinical or management positions.

Requirements

• Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist, ideally with paediatric clients
• Valid Working with Children Check (Employee)
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
