About the Role

Our Corporate & Commercial team is a tight-knit team that embraces and values flexibility in the workplace. We work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment where efficiency and attention to detail are critical.

We are seeking a legal practitioner with 5+ years’ post admission experience to join our growing team on a permanent basis.

Ideally you will have experience in commercial matters which may include some or all of the following:

• share and business acquisitions and disposals;
• procurement;
• preparing and advising on contractual matters;
• finance and securities;
• general corporate advisory;
• intellectual property/information technology;
• advising government corporations;
• competition law; and
• privacy law.

To be successful in this role you must:

• be able to build and maintain positive client and team member relationships;
• play an active role in client service delivery and business development;
• have effective time management skills and meet deadlines;
• be able to manage significant and complex matters;
• achieve technical excellence and deliver high quality work; and
• have the desire to work in a collaborative team environment while showing initiative to achieve your own career goals.
