Tech & Engineering Culture

• Backend: C# .NET Core
• Frontend: React (flexible if you’ve used other frameworks)
• Architecture: Microservices + Event-Driven systems
• Practices: TDD, BDD, SOLID principles
• Cloud & Tooling: AWS, modern DevOps pipelines

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and enhance customer-facing and critical internal platforms
• Own systems end-to-end; from design through to production
• Design and develop scalable microservices & event-driven solutions
• Tackle complex, real-world engineering challenges
• Drive technical initiatives and projects (hands-on leadership)
• Work across a diverse domain: APIs, credit systems, treasury, and more
• Gain exposure to data platforms, DevOps, and emerging AI initiatives
