You will

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, from shipment coordination to client communication
  • Book shipping lines, manage overseas agents, and arrange deliveries
  • Liaise with a back-office support team to ensure smooth execution across all accounts
  • Be the consistent, reliable point of contact your clients can count on

You have

  • Experience in freight forwarding operations or account management
  • CargoWise experience is a plus
