Job Role: HashiCorp Vault DevOps Consultant

Location: Melbourne, Australia

We are looking for an experienced HashiCorp Vault DevOps Consultant to join our growing team specializing in digital engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure automation, and enterprise security solutions.

• HashiCorp Vault

• Terraform & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ALB, EBS, KMS)

• CI/CD Pipelines – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git

• Bash / Python / Go Scripting

• Ansible

• DevOps & Automation

• Secrets Management & Security Architecture

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade HashiCorp Vault implementations

• Automate Vault deployments and configurations using Terraform

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Vault lifecycle automation

• Support onboarding of applications and secrets into Vault

• Configure AWS infrastructure for scalable Vault environments

• Troubleshoot Vault performance, upgrades, and operational issues

• Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams

• 5+ years of experience with HashiCorp Vault

• Strong experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure automation

• Experience in AWS and enterprise security environments

• Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of SRE practices

• Experience with multi-tenant environments and Vault namespaces

• HashiCorp certifications are a plus
