What is it for you?

Permanent/Contract - 6 months with possible extension

Location - Sydney, NSW

What we need from you

· Proven experience as a Test Analyst within Agile enterprise environments.

· Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis qTest (mandatory).

· Expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and defect management.

· Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and similar testing tools.

· Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman is desirable.

· Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, execution, and QA processes.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and quality.

· Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

What you'll do

· Lead end-to-end testing activities across SIT, UAT, and Regression testing.

· Define and execute test strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned to project goals.

· Manage test execution, reporting, and defect tracking using Tricentis qTest.

· Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders within Agile delivery teams.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint activities to ensure quality outcomes.

· Drive defect triage, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Prepare and maintain test artefacts including test cases, test plans, and reports.

· Provide clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and project risks.

· Support testing across complex enterprise and multi-system environments.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
