Greetings from Tesslogs,

We are looking for an experienced Functional Tester with strong expertise in Dayforce HCM testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Time & Attendance modules within Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing for Dayforce applications.
Validate Dayforce HCM modules including Payroll, HR, Benefits, Workforce Management, and Time Tracking.
Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Execute manual test cases and document test results.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, HR teams, and stakeholders.
Conduct data validation and backend verification.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Support release validation and production deployment testing.
Ensure compliance with payroll and HR business processes.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Functional Testing.
Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM platform.
Knowledge of HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce modules.
Experience in Test Case Design and Defect Tracking.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
