You will
- Organise client shipments across FCL, LCL, and air freight
- Know your clients well and deliver a personalised, consistent service
- Work closely with the back-office and bookings team
- Handle invoicing and job finalisation
You have
- Recent operations / customer service experience in freight forwarding
- CargoWise experience
