Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join a high-growth, technology business with an international footprint. This is a rare, high-impact role offering global exposure within a fast-scaling organisation.

This position will report to the Director of Risk and is responsible for developing and managing the enterprise-wide contractual and regulatory compliance frameworks needed to keep pace with that growth, ensuring obligations (whether arising from material commercial agreements or from regulatory requirements) are identified, owned, tracked, and met across the group. The core focus will be on contractual obligations and commercial compliance, regulatory compliance and governance, stakeholder partnership, and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring c7-10 years + experience coming from either a big 4 consulting or an inhouse environment with proven experience working with complex commercial agreements and interpreting contractual/legal obligations, including supplier, customer, and/or financing/debt agreements. Deep working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and demonstrated ability to build frameworks, registers, governance models, obligation mapping and developing processes from the ground up. Experience with large, complex environments such as data centres, infrastructure, energy, or technology would be preferred. You must also demonstrate a commercially pragmatic mindset and the ability to balance risk and business outcome in a complex environment.
