*Preferably with 5 years experience

· E xperience: Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior Test Analyst, often 3+ years.

· Technical Skills: Understanding of manual/automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Azure Test Plans, ServiceNow ATF).

· Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.

· Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
