I’m looking for a Senior Change Management Lead to run end-to-end change delivery for a large-scale TechOne ERP transformation. This is a proper change leadership role — not just comms plans and training decks — focused on readiness, adoption, and getting the business through standardisation without losing the plot.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the ERP change strategy and driving delivery end-to-end
- Leading stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments and change planning
- Building comms + adoption plans that actually get used
- Coaching leaders, lifting change capability, and managing resistance
- Navigating process standardisation, role/capability shifts, data changes, and downstream system impacts
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading change for major ERP programs (TechOne experience ideal)
- Strong structured change methodology (Prosci or equivalent)
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement and influence
- Track record driving adoption and managing resistance in complex environments
