Ausfeng Events is a Sydney-based performing arts and cultural events company specialising in concerts, theatre productions, festivals and international cultural exchange projects across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a passionate, organised and versatile full-time team member to join our growing team. This role combines:
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Event Operations
- Travel & Artist Coordination
Ideal for someone who enjoys working in the live events and performing arts industry and is comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include
• Managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat and LinkedIn
• Creating marketing content including graphics, reels and promotional videos
• Supporting concerts, theatre productions and cultural event operations
• Coordinating artist travel, flight bookings and itineraries
• Liaising with venues, suppliers, media and project partners
Requirements
- Australian PR or Citizen
- Experience in digital marketing, social media or the events industry
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software
- Experience with airline ticketing systems, such as Amadeus, is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Mandarin and English bilingual communication skills preferred
- Interest or experience in performing arts, concerts or cultural events is highly regarded
