Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Project Specialist at Asahi Beverages, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering supply chain initiatives and product commercialisation projects across our portfolio. You'll be joining a fast-moving project environment where your ability to manage multiple workstreams, keep stakeholders aligned, and drive delivery to deadline will make a real impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of supply chain and product change projects, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and within budget
  • Define and maintain project plans, timelines, scope reviews, and resource plans
  • Engage and align cross-functional stakeholders across supply and non-supply teams, including external craft partners
  • Identify, escalate, and help mitigate project risks in a timely manner
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with cost tracking and reporting processes
  • Track milestones and deliverables, preparing progress reports and proactively flagging issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to standardise and optimise project delivery processes

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of cross-functional FMCG or manufacturing experience — supply chain, packaging, artwork, or a related field
  • Some exposure to project management principles or coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders — a formal PM title is not required
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable holding people to timelines and driving accountability
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong MS Office and presentation skills
