About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Shutdown Lead Planner to support long-term shutdown maintenance planning for plant operations.
Based in the Adelaide office, this role will focus on planning, coordinating and controlling shutdown maintenance requirements to support safe, reliable and cost-effective plant performance. There will be times where site attendance is required.
This role will suit a shutdown planning professional with strong SAP capability, experience coordinating work scopes and schedules, and the confidence to work across contractors, supervisors, event leaders and key operational stakeholders.

- Lead shutdown planning from early scope development through execution and close-out
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shutdown planning activities, including scope collation, scheduling, work pack preparation and execution readiness
- Set up and maintain SAP shutdown structures, including shutdown numbers, work orders, job plans, labour, costs and tooling
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates, track budget performance and support Capex/Opex reporting
- Coordinate contractor engagement, tender work packs, purchase requisitions and long-lead item planning
- Monitor shutdown planning and execution progress, update networks and manage schedule changes, late work and emergent work
- Support shutdown close-out, including work order updates, as-built schedules, cost reviews, lessons learnt and file archiving
About You
- Proven experience in shutdown planning, lead planning or maintenance planning roles
- Strong SAP experience, including shutdown numbers, work order structures and job plan development
- Experience preparing shutdown work packs, schedules, networks and cost estimates
- Strong understanding of shutdown execution, contractor coordination and work management processes
- Strong Excel capability, with experience tracking budgets and reporting progress
- Confident communicator with the ability to chair meetings and engage with supervisors, contractors and shutdown leaders
