Director, Technology Enablement

As the Director, Technology Enablement, you will:

• Work in culturally informed and respectful ways with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, colleagues and stakeholders
• You'll act as the Chief Information & Technology Officer in their absence.
• You'll oversee budget, contract and vendor management for major ICT contracts.
• Supervise and mentor IT staff.
• Oversee multiple delivery areas, projects and BAU continuous improvement initiatives for key ICT systems, TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics365, Infosys Finacle Core Banking and more.

This role sits within IBA's Information & Technology team.
