IT Systems Analyst (Unified Communications)

We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our Employee Technology Experience team.

As an IT Systems Analyst (Unified Communications), you will oversee the Unified Communications (UC) services portfolio ensuring meeting spaces, collaboration tools and related IT infrastructure meet ATO business needs.

You will work closely with technical specialists to contribute to tactical and strategic initiatives by providing insights into operational gaps, technical limitations, and business needs across the UC services portfolio. You’ll analyse and develop quality metrics and reporting focused on proactive monitoring of UC services.

You will provide technical leadership and subject matter expert advice to internal and external service providers to resolve complex system issues in a multi‑vendor environment. You’ll drive continuous improvement by gathering requirements and analysing feedback to ensure UC services meet business needs.

You will contribute to an innovative environment by coaching and supporting staff members with new features, releases, and technologies.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Canberra or Melbourne CBD.
