Our administration team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience to clients and candidates. In this position, you will report to the Executive Support Manager while also providing dedicated, high-quality support to a small number of Consultants. This is an opportunity to take ownership, work closely with senior professionals and contribute meaningfully to the success of each assignment.

Key responsibilities include

  • delivering professional, confidential, and high-quality administrative support across client, candidate and assignment activities;
  • managing complex calendars, interview schedules, communications and stakeholder interactions with efficiency and care;
  • proactively supporting consultants with workflow management, prioritisation and coordination of competing deadlines;
  • preparing, formatting and proofing reports and documentation to a consistently high standard;
  • coordinating recruitment processes including panel scheduling, documentation, venue preparation and stakeholder liaison;
  • maintaining accurate records and correspondence in line with privacy and confidentiality requirements;
  • managing advertising across digital and print platforms and maintaining website and internal systems.
