Permanent Part-Time | 7-Day Roster | Hobart

What You’ll Do

• Be a friendly face for our passengers, answering questions and providing travel information
• Assist customers with ticketing, reservations, and sales to ensure a smooth journey
• Support our drivers and ensure a comfortable travel experience for everyone
• Assist passengers with luggage handling when required
• Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer spaces
• Ensure cash handling and transactions are secure and accurate
• Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, to keep Hobart moving

What We’re Looking For

• A strong background in customer service – experience in transport, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• A proactive and hands-on approach – you enjoy interacting with people and solving problems
• Strong administration and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, customer-facing environment
• A reasonable level of physical fitness, as you may need to assist passengers with luggage when required
• High attention to detail, especially with cash handling and reservations
