People & Culture Coordinator

The People & Culture Coordinator will provide support to approximately 70+ employees in a fast-growing technology business under the guidance of the Head of People & Culture. You will be responsible for providing support throughout all stages of the employee life cycle as well as supporting and fostering our positive work culture.
The main responsibilities include
- Resourcing and recruitment; including, advertising roles, sourcing, screening, reference checking and creation of employment contracts.
- On-boarding of new hires; including new hire forms, HRS entry, develop and coordinate the on-b plan, arrangements for hardware and desk along with welcome messages.
- Everyday HR management; including keeping policies updated, managing leave, adjustment letters for staff, ensuring compliance with HR legislation, employee rewards, run social & Chairity committees, position descriptions, talent and retention initiatives, OH&S requirements.
- Administration of KPI reviews and Annual Performance Reviews; ensure all employees have clear KPI’s communicated and documented each quarter. Ensure all employees have a performance review booked with their up-line manager in May each year.
Skills and attributes
- 1+ years’ experience in HR or Recruitment
- Experience working in the technology industry desired
- Understanding of HR legislation and regulations in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and collaborative approach with the ability to interact with Directors and Senior Leaders
- Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
- Time management with the ability to juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
