Maintenance Electrician to join our night shift team at our Rowville site. This is a high-earning, stable role working on automated manufacturing equipment in a growing business.

About The Site
VENTORA Glass VIC operates a modern manufacturing facility with cutting, finishing, heat treatment and coating lines, supported by semi and fully automated systems. You’ll be part of a tight-knit maintenance team supporting a 24/6 operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preventative & breakdown maintenance on automated production equipment
- Fault finding and resolving production-critical issues quickly and safely
- Supporting installations and continuous improvement projects
- Conducting inspections and recording work in CMMS
- Maintaining safe, clean and efficient work practices
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualified Electrician
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (3+ years preferred)
- Strong fault-finding ability on production equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude (highly regarded)
- Team-focused with a safety-first mindset
