The Role
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will take ownership of performance strategy and execution across a major national account. Employed on the client side and embedded within the agency team, you will have real commercial ownership and direct visibility on the outcomes your work drives. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on search, data analysis and conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive paid media strategy and campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok
- Lead performance strategy with a strong focus on search-led activity
- Analyse conversion funnels and campaign performance metrics, turning insights into clear actions
- Build and maintain forecasting models aligned to revenue outcomes
- Own spend, pacing, CPA, ROAS and ROI across all activity
- Lead full funnel strategy from awareness through to conversion
- Collaborate with internal specialists and client stakeholders
- Lead reporting, insights and continuous optimisation initiatives
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate is a commercially minded Senior Paid Media or Performance Specialist with proven experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- 4 to 5 years experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Deep expertise in paid search, particularly Google Ads
- Strong experience across paid social platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok
- Google Ads, Meta or TikTok certifications required
- High level of numerical and analytical capability
- Experienced working with data, forecasting, reporting and performance metrics
- Agency background is highly regarded
- Confident, proactive and commercially driven
