Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading Australian engineering company specialising in advanced electro-mechanical and embedded systems. They design and manufacture complex technology solutions for high-security and regulated industries, with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and collaboration.

They are looking to grow their team with an Electronics Engineer to work on the design, development, and testing of embedded hardware systems in a highly technical and hands-on environment.

They offer an excellent salary of 110K–120K Super half-day Fridays strong learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop embedded electronic systems

PCB design and schematic capture (Altium)

Ensure EMC compliance and high-speed digital design standards

Support testing, validation, and certification activities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Experience

3–4 years electronics/embedded engineering experience

Strong Altium (PCB layout & schematic design)

Experience with EMC compliance and high-speed digital design

Understanding of design for manufacturability

Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package: 110,000–120,000 Super

Location

West Melbourne, Australia (on-site)
