The Role
Brisbane Roar FC are recruiting a Full-Time Performance Analyst to join our Football Department.
This is an opportunity to help build and shape a modern, progressive football environment within one of Australia's biggest clubs.
The Performance Analyst will work closely with the A-League Men's coaching, performance and B-Team staff to support decision-making and drive daily standards across the football programme.
You will be tasked with contributing across:
- Match analysis
- Training analysis
- Opposition analysis
- Individual player development
- Data integration and reporting
- Club-wide football alignment

What We're Looking For
- Strong tactical understanding of football
- Expertise in performance analysis and data analytics
- Experience with modern analysis software and workflows
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for reporting insights and collaborating with stakeholders
- Understanding of finance principles as they relate to performance and data-driven decision making
- Strong work ethic and adaptability
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Eligibility to work in Australia
Preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Sports Science, Data Analytics or related fields
- Proficiency with performance analysis software and tools
- Passion for football and familiarity with the A-League
Experience within professional football is preferred, but attitude, curiosity and alignment with our vision are equally important.
