David Roy Williams Entertainment (DRW) was established by Shock Records founder, David Williams. DRW Entertainment comprises different entertainment enterprises including Concert Promotions, Music labels, Merchandise Management, Professional Services, Music publishing, and Artist Services.

DRW is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to support and deliver national tour campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.

JOB TITLE: Digital Communications Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Part-Time

LOCATION: West Melbourne (MUST BE BASED IN MELBOURNE)

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Tour Operations Coordinators, you will play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end for acclaimed international artists, ensuring all activity is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned across platforms. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of DRW’s digital presence and brand consistency.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can manage in fast-paced environments and has proven experience coordinating digital campaigns in a similar or adjacent field.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist in the implementation of tour marketing across multiple tours
  • Prepare and schedule tour announcements across social platforms, gig guides, websites, and mailouts.
  • Plan, build and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta including audiences, placements, creative application, copy writing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform analytics to derive actionable insights and recommend optimisations.
  • Develop and manage social media activity across all DRW Entertainment platforms.
  • Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent, strategic, and timely communications.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve audience engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives designed to drive brand awareness and ticket sales.

Administration:

  • Monitoring the company website and social media channels and updating information where necessary.
  • Communication: Handling emails and messages across social media platforms

*Due to the nature of live events, this role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work, as well as some travel.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the live music, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, with proven proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, comunication, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • A genuine passion for live music, touring, and the entertainment industry.

*A background or interest in design, video, or creative production is advantageous but not essential.
