About the Role

Seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join a well-established membership-based organisation in Perth. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing the finance and administration function while supporting operational and strategic business objectives.

This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, compliance, cash flow management, operational support and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, forecasts and cash flow reporting
  • Manage budgeting, variance analysis and financial performance reporting
  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance obligations including BAS and FBT
  • Manage general ledger reconciliations, month-end and year-end processes
  • Maintain strong internal controls, policies and financial procedures
  • Manage banking relationships, cash management and audit preparation
  • Supervise finance and administration staff
  • Support operational reporting including POS systems, memberships and hospitality functions
  • Assist with HR administration, insurance and general business operations
  • Drive process improvements and support finance system management

Experience & Qualifications

  • CPA/CA qualified or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Finance & Administration position
  • Experience within hospitality, clubs, leisure, membership organisations or not-for-profit environments highly regarded

  • Strong financial reporting and budgeting capability

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel and finance systems capability
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
