Mode: Dispatch - Full time contract / On call ticket based / Freelance / Part time / Casual Basis

SLA: SBD and NBD support

Skills & Requirements:

Exp in handling desktop/network issues/Audio Video - Conference room Set Up

Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems

Install patches

Software and Hardware Break Fix

Computer troubleshooting; System repair

Basics of Wi-Fi

Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration

Install and administer MS Office

Business English with local language
