About the role
As Corporate Communications Manager, you’ll develop and deliver integrated communication strategies that support key initiatives across the business. You’ll create compelling content, manage media engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute high-quality communications in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated internal and external communication plans
- Partner with senior leaders to shape clear, engaging messaging
- Support delivery of organisational strategy through internal communications
- Manage proactive and reactive media relations
- Create high-quality content: speeches, reports, media, social and web
- Collaborate across marketing, change and project teams on campaigns
- Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve engagement
- Provide support for events and media activity when required
About you
You’re a strategic and hands-on communications professional who thrives on collaboration and influence.
You bring
- Proven experience across internal and external communications
- Strong media relations and stakeholder management capability
- Exceptional writing skills, including executive and report writing
- Experience partnering across business units to deliver outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, or related field
- Experience in complex or regulated environments (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset aligned with organisational values
