The practice has a primary focus on non-contentious restructuring and advisory work, including complex debt restructurings, formal insolvency appointments, and special situations, while also encompassing some contentious matters. This makes the role particularly compelling for lawyers with a litigation or disputes background who are seeking to broaden their experience into non-contentious restructuring, an opportunity that rarely presents itself at this level.
