Butterfly is Australia’s national charity for people impacted by eating disorders and body image concerns, and we're seeking an experienced Events Manager to deliver impactful fundraising and engagement events.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you'll lead Butterfly's flagship fundraising event - the annual Butterfly Trophies Lunch in Melbourne - including event logistics, stakeholder engagement, timelines and seamless on-the-day delivery, to ensure a high-quality event experience.
You'll also lead a range of smaller engagement events for the Philanthropy and Gifts in Wills teams, as well as events for Wandi Nerida, Butterfly’s residential treatment centre on the Sunshine Coast.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' experience in event management
- Strong project management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
This is a 0.8 FTE hybrid position based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
