We are now looking to expand our bench with an infrastructure lawyer .

As an infrastructure lawyer, you also need to possess:

• Minimum 7 PQE in-house or within a law firm
• Experience in advising on large-scale infrastructure and PPP projects
• Ability to draft and negotiate project agreements (EPC, O&M, concession agreements, etc.)
• Ability to support project financing and commercial structuring
• Previous experience in infrastructure or construction businesses
