Key responsibilities

What You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience testing ServiceNow platform upgrades
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionality and testing methodologies
• Good understanding of QA processes, testing concepts, and defect lifecycle management
• ITSM (IT Service Management)
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)
• ITAM (IT Asset Management)
• Experience testing custom applications on the ServiceNow (NOW) platform
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Technical Skills Required

• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Selenium automation testing
• Java programming
• Playwright with Java
• Test automation and regression testing frameworks
• Functional, integration, and upgrade testing
